'' Religion Is The Devil In Disguise ''

‘' Religion Is The Devil In Disguise ‘'

I find it funny,
But life is sunny,
For those who work for their god,
A lovely home and lots of money,
Religion is riddled with fraud.

Stocks and shares,
Displaying great wares,
Doesn't that go against gods teaching?
For those in need they give them prayers,
That's their way of preaching.

Artworks and antiques,
Corrupt techniques,
Means they will gather at the river,
Their morality I'm afraid really creaks,
Their god loves a taker not a giver?

Those without,
Are left in no doubt,
Yes we will take from the poor,
Religion has a very long snout,
Your money they want to procure.

I will be abrupt,
Religion is corrupt,
In everything they say there's a sting,
Their way of life you must not disrupt,
Money not god is their king.

Why all their greed,
Where does it lead?
Their morality is overpriced,
For money their gods have no need,
Could it be they're the Anti Christ.

The profits have increased,
New figures released,
Show the Vatican has hit record highs,
They must be delighted in the god they've leased,
