My Life
I like to write
I like to write the things I do
Because it shows the way I feel.
I express in words what is in my heart
Emotions so very real.
It also shows a talent I have
That I'll always have inside.
I get this talent, from my parents
What I write, I write with pride.
So when you read a poem I've written
About you, about life, or even about me.
Through your eyes, you see the thoughts I feel
My world, as seen, poetically.
