God Could be Never WrongIndefatigable in her task Carrying her baby on the back A lactating mother often embark On fanning the ember Into a spark. On the stove before She puts a dish, Assuming all glittering is Worthwhile to relish, Her child may wish, Over her shoulder Stretching his hand To grab the red-hot charcoal, Mistaking it for a lovely ball! Thus he wails When forced His pandora-box wish, To relinquish! So also when checked Unhampered not to surge ahead To victory's door We aspired for, We must not blame God For He might be Shielding us from A misfortune, the future Holds in store, Or a pitfall untold Down the road! God could be never wrong Firm in belief all along The rocky journey life-long We have to praise Him With a gracious song! When we get Or not get for what we long Also know we must God has his own Timetable- Say to surprise us With a windfall apple Or to make The single a couple!
