Roses and Razors, Petals and Pain

Stolen pieces of you

Save some space for me wherever you may lie
I will bring with me all i have of you
I know you did not mean to share, for me to receive
Save some space for me so I may be relieved
Though I may miss the constant clutter
And each day I am not sure what will be left
I know you need to have everything back
Your fight has been long and hard enough

When silence comes in between the wild winds
Listen for me there, in that brief moment
I am so sorry i had to leave you in this storm
Someday you will find in that space a piece of me

Leave me a little moment in your precious memory
I hope that space will be one not easily replaced
Though if it is I know it was worth being erased
Because then you have found happiness in another place
My god, I will miss you from beyond what you know
And I will be gone, you have the last piece of me
When you find a laugh every day from anothers arms
I ask you let me go, for then I am at piece

When silence comes between crashing skies
Look for me there, in that brief moment
I am so sorry i had to leave you in this storm
Someday you will find in that space a piece of me

The best part of me was nothing else but you
But now you need that part to be so much more
I have been keeping a piece of you disguised as me
So now I must return what was never mine at all
