I am Nalini Hebbar from Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India. I am married to Rajgiri Hebbar since 20 years and have two handsome sons. Aakash, 18 years old, is studying to be an engineer. Ashwin, 12 years old, plays cricket and hopes to play for the country.
I started writing poetry on the 10th of May 2006 and have since then written over a hundred poems. I lived and traveled over the length and breadth of India and have imbibed her culture and heritage.
My poems are based on my perception of modern India and its relationship with the world. I believe in a universal religion of love and acceptance. I am at present rewriting the Panchatantra in prose and verse form. My poems are posted on
