Rejection and loss By aldo kraas, www.PoetryPoem.com/poet11586 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
Forever and always a promise of doom
Driven by a cause of pride without moan
To tune my heart with a promise
The ripper takes and I lose
Infinity and beyond a tale of hope
A glimmer of happiness in a void
Nature shall make its rejection
For my belief in the unknown
The tension pulls my mind from my heart
So I try to lubricate it with guilt
To lose in love you could lose yourself
And rejection can take away strength
