Years have passed since last we were
With you dear parents where Heaven stirs
Thoughts of us upon your mind
Treasured moments, fragments of time
Your loss Gods gain today now breathes
Of mercy's scent so please believe
That we are well please never grieve
Our time would come as yours will too
But not today as Gods hand drew
Dennis, Jaime, you would call sons
To be with Him in His Kingdom
These words but few were drawn upon
A heart that knows of things now gone
As he would hear in brief review
Our passing in lives you knew
Though not much said he would absorb
The emptiness both heard and saw
A need to fill parents we miss
With just these words warmed by our kiss
Be of good cheer and strong as you
Draw close to GOD as He does too
Closer yet still for your breakthrough
Heaven, His gift for both of you
But until then we'll look upon
The Earth below from Fathers arms
As GOD holds us until the day
You come to be with us always
Until then,
Love, Dennis and Jaime Jr.
