Her place of peace and refuge sought
Becomes now past as present brought
To full circle marching on
Of new beginnings and days by gone
She feels a calling, chancing on dreams
Selling abode, so right it seems
A new beginning to all ends
Of broken dreams, now time she bends
She'll trek upon new stomping grounds
Greener pastures and Golden ponds
There she'll make her bed to rest
Enjoy what's left of life no less
I wish her well and too Gods speed
With hope maybe new roads shall lead
To one who shall love her one day
As I did too just yesterday
Though hurt became a new found friend
These chapters too would come to end
For in her hands she holds the keys
To be herself and too happy
A free bird flies to skies of blue
A soul now free that too outgrew
The tales that made her life once here
Here where family holds her dear
A trail of hearts that fluttered for
A woman scent and want for more
I wish her well for once my heart
Breathed deep, exhaled the very part
That made brand new what once was old
Sentiment of mine still holds
