I,ve fallen from grace,
in my dark lover's arms,
two complex souls seeking
the same elusive goal,
seeking the one who sees
past all the flaws,
the one who can break
past the walls,
both have been hurt,
animals with injuries,
untrusting,
snapping at those who try
to come close,
fighting through the pain,
the trust and love to gain,
enduring the struggles,
fighting for one another,
claiming each other until
the very end,
I see the child within
my Jamie,
the one who has been
hurt and mistreated,
left and broken,
ripped apart and messily
stitched back together
emotionally we are
Frankenstein's monster and
his bride,
yet love prevails,
Jamie catches me when
I fall,
pays attention to my
every whim,
knows me better than
I know myself.
he and veighe hold my
heart,
they reign supreme
and receive all of my
love and affection,
they are my world,
my life,
my loves.......
