Thanks to the advice of friends and family I have begun submitting my poems to contests, I have been fortunate to have several published. I was accepted to Long Ridge Writers Group, it is a two year course in writing. I had to take a writing aptitude test to qualify for the program. They were very impressed with the essay I wrote titled "The Proposal". I am very excited about this opportunity. |
