Work at Home Job – Hospital Checklists (part-time)
One component of my work at home position
Entails organizing documents in timely fashion
Hospital requirements must be completely met
Final stage with everything contingent upon it
Why such an emphasis by hospitals you inquire
What regulations and standards do they require
Here is an example of a recent hospital checklist
Imagine two weeks or less to complete entire list
MMR, varicella, Hep B, TB, up to date immunizations
Flu shot in season, physical, OSHA-HIPPA examinations
CPR license card, internet verification of field certification
SS and DL cards for I-9 Form, all necessary documentation
Child Abuse Case History Clearance, digital fingerprinting
7-year criminal background check and drug panel screening
Code of Conduct and Confidentiality, Employee Affidavit
Profile with resume, skills, references, and there you have it
Now envision working on two others similar to these combined
Requirements vary between hospitals, but all have deadlines
Having an organized system and delegating tasks becomes key
Added to the mix, there are unexpected delays, as I have seen
Overall goal is to have tech go only once for all tests scheduled
But negative immunization results titers may then be required
Tech may be slow in returning completed tests or forms signed
Many factors can delay the process pushing it to final deadline
My first task is analyzing what we have with hospital checklist
New or existing tech and length of last job will affect needed list
Numbering the hospital checklist is one new system since I started
Also two files for ready to send and sent shows status to completed
Once the initial documents we have are all organized in one place
The batch is emailed to the entity for the hospital as the first phase
After review, they send us a response with itemized list they need
That brings clarity or further questions based on original list indeed
Lord, there have been peaks and valleys as I soon approach 90 days
I have been carried through by prayers of many each step of the way
