untitled

troubles and trials fill our lives at every turn
still we carry on with the hope things will soon change,
if we keep our faith in the lord above all that seems to
bring us down will be overcome!

we are creatures of habit and free will
everything we desire seems more important
than reaching our true potential in this life,

he gave us a choice to either serve him or
serve ourselves and what do we choose?
to serve ourselves giving very little thought
to what he has planned for us,

in the grand design of things his plan
for us would give us complete peace and
serenity!

we are lowly creatures who strive to
make live more difficult than it
truly needs to be,

yet when we are in trouble or there
is something we can not bare we turn
to him for help knowing full well in
the end we will betray him by
turning our backs on him!
