When I encourage you, No deception is used; All I tell you is true, Not to make you confused. No unethical schemes, Or corrupt practices; Though unreal as it seems, Just truth it focuses. For I spread the Good News, And God trusts me to do; Nothing deals with my views, I just tell what is true. For we have passed the test, Since we try to please God; In doing our best, I have not been a fraud. I do this not for cash, No motives of my own; It is not to be brash, But for God on His throne. The Lord is my witness, I do not look for praise; For my spiritual fitness, Has strengthen me always. I was gentle and meek, Like a little child; No sinning do I seek, Only to stay mild. I felt so strongly of, You in wanting to share; All of the peace and love, Showing how much I care. That is how dear you are, In my work as I earn; To purify your scar, As the Lord's work I learn.
