Godess of Love
Among the ruins
And the shadows..
I was the constant dreamer
Wounded by your arrows
Oh timeless maiden of love
Your power is fading
As always is thus
When my love is failing
I am the constant looser
When I give my love
And as I get closer
My love seeks to part
And the invisible scars
That my soul does endure
Burdens me with a mark
which will never heal
Do not cast your arrows
At my heart anymore
For I cannot bear the sorrow
That they have in store
Goddess of love spare me
From your whims and cares
Take your arrow from my heart
For there is no love there
