I put this on site rather reluctently. Did not expect but should have all the loving response. I have been told twice I have only so much time to live and I am still here. But as any experience I would like to make a positive. Many of you praise our veterans and are veterans as you should. But I don't know how many know about the Million man club. I could not wait to sign up. The VA asked that I volunteer. Use my health care to help study deseases. One being find a Cancer cure. Why each of us might suffer one affliction and not another. Mom long before me opened up the same box in the hopes of finding cures. I'd like to let you know about these heroes. Most donaters are the same people trying to keep this world safe. I don't fear death I have been through the tunnel and back. In nineteen fifty nine I was put in the death ward from Asian Flu. I was one of the few who went in the door to came back out. Three years later I was told I had a mysterious desease. Had three to five years to live. Fooled the doom predictors again. According to my Doctor my case is on the borderline of being serious. The way I look at it this is the third time I have been told I have Cancer in my body. They thanks to the Million man club have my biospsies in the lab to study. It's time to find a cure for that ugly desease that took my mother to young and threaten in my genes those I love. I want to live until I hear they have found the cure. So accolates go to the million man volunteers not me. I have been on borrowed time a long time. /dandy
