It is pretty well an easy case to read. But the accused has hired a well known Lawyer who take on indefensable cases and sometimes wins. Yanci is family so I know of his dispostion. He mountain climbs, active in Kyacking. His dog his best friend beside being best man at my nephew's wedding. The two of them recently climbed to the summit of Mt Rainier.
What I know of the accused. A champion archer, martial arts student and recently won medals in a local fast draw gun competion. Weekly trains at the shooting academy. The tip of his interests. So the defense is laughable. He was driving on the freeway and cutoff another car. The driver hit his high beams. Wow that's something new. In his Subara wagon chased the man who was frighened to death and pulled along side his BMW convertable Sports car. Threw a plastic water bottle outside his window and hit the poor boy in the head. Yelled racial slurs. Both drivers are white men. It has been two years mind you and the Lawyers have found out Yanci is a wine distributor for local groceries. He then reached and it looked to our denseless driver like her was going for a gun which Yanci did not have but he found a wine bottle and threw it directly on the drivers head at racing speeds. To ellude this mad driver he took the exit to his home. There upon in the right hand lane behind a bus he found Yanci chasing him. In panic took out his own gun and shot at the man who was chasing him but in doing shot out his side window forgetting it was up. Knowing the police would not believe him and hearing there were no witnesses he want to dinner with his wife and then drove Two hundred plus miles to Portland and had the window repaired. Changed his tires as they were expensive and noticible but new, and disposed of the gun in three places. You can't be too careful when a monster is chasing you. In fear of Yanci he also disposed of the water bottle and wine bottle with this monsters fingerprints on them. Seems cut and dry but he is in his early thirties. He can be out of prison if it is not murder one. The trouble he is having when the defense Lawyer asks questions his answers are well programmed. He can't hear or understand the questions when the Prosecutor asks question. Though he is college educated and has grade top of his class.
