This has not been the best year. But there is good in bad. This years virus was wicked. Thought I was going to have to cancel and expensive long planned trip to Africa. I couldn't spoil it for everyone else. The good from the bad I dropped twenty pounds. Weak I forced myself to keep up. Then I had the fall. Four days paraylized. Still in pain dropped several more pounds. Down to two thirty. Loved it this weekend. Wife asked these ladies how old they thought I was. My 77 birthday. The highest guess was 57. Enough about me.
My Grandsons big hockey games are this weekend. I worry allot. He has a fractured vertibrae. We assumed the season was over and he is wearing a brace. Doc said he can't hurt it any worse. It is up to him how much pain he can endure. He is an important player and well not let his team down. He and parents flew to San Jose this afternoon.
Three games and the season is over. He had been playing hurt all year./dandy
