Let me prefice this by saying this is not fiction. All four of these people are people I know and have cared about. I well start with today's news. It is the murder of Yanci Nolls. The trial started on November 18, 2014. It is just beginning. The murder happened in 2012. Yanci Nolls was a very popular wine steward. He delivered locally to many chain supermarkets. Yanci's murderer for two years has been wined and dined waiting trial. What I know about Yanci. He was my nephews best friend and Best man at his wedding. He loved hiking, fishing and his dog and mountain climbing. My nephew and Yanci had only recently climbed Mt Rainier. He was coming home from work stopped at a stoplight. A car BMW expensive model key, because it was easily identifed by its huge pricetag and rarity, the driver pulled up and coldly shot Yanci to death with a 9 guage Magnum. The driver wanting to know what it would feel like to kill a human being. He had studied for several years anything he could find about being an assasin.
Let me tell you what I read about Thomsadin "Diing" Bowman. He was 31 Yanci was 36. Neither knew each other. It was a calculated planned killing. Dingmo was a studied marksman and read
anything he could get his hands on about being an assassin. Including books on how to murder and get away with it. After the killing he went home and celebrated with a dinner with his wife. Then drove to Portland, had his window replaced and the tired being expensive and easily recognized were changed. He took apart the Magnum, he also studied guns, and desposed to the gun in three locations. He if convicted is facing a 20 to 30 year sentence five years more because he used a gun. How this is not a capital offense I don't know and if it is prove his wife helped him she might face the lighter sentence. Next I well tell you about Cal. He was the neighbor boy across the street who was my catcher in Little league. He was up early to get bait for a fishing trip. An angry man held for drugs and alcohol was released and went to his car telling the police he was so mad he was going to shoot the next person he saw. He has his stories to tell too.
