It's been two years now since Yanci Noll was murdered. The trial is in it's second week. Yanci had pulled up to a stoplight driving home. A car pulled up next to him and pulled the trigger and shot him dead. Driving a high dollar convertable, I believe a Silver BMW. He shot out his own window. His car expensive with expensive tires and rims some damage was incurred driving high speed away. The killer drove to Portland a State away and changed the tires and had the window replaced. He now has one of those high priced Lawyer who is famous for defending such clients. Today he took the stand. Already having admitted it was a thrill kill he wanted to know what it felt like to kill another human being and had admitted he and Yanci had never met. So now the story is. He was driving on the freeway and Yanci came up beside him looking angry like a mad dog with red eyes. Threw a glass bottle at him hitting him on the head. As they raced side by side Yanci grabbed a wine bottle threw it and again hit him in the head. Of coarse by now the Lawyer has found out Yanci job was as a wine distributor for grocery stores. His Lawyer had vivid dreams. Someone in the comment replies said they should have the Lawyer duplicate the feat and with his left hand find a way that the bottles could even hit a moving car. Let alone judge throwing it in front of the car and sail back and not hit pavement at any speed. Then instead of being a Lawyer he could play football in the NFL.
