I had biopsies on Monday for skin cancer lesions on my arm, hand and shoulder, and the dermatologist will call me on Monday with results. So far, he has detected and successfully treated (by freezing, cauterization and surgery) cancer and pre-cancer lesions on my face, back and legs. I had also lost sight in my left eye last summer, due to the carelessness of my former dermatologist who prescribed a chemotherapy lotion for a small pre-cancer spot on my face and then went on vacation without leaving a covering doctor. Fortunately, my wonderful opthalmologist treated the eye and all is well. Now,if all goes well with these last three new biopsies and I continue to take care of myself with a healthy diet and chemistry-free hair and skin products, I hope to be cancer-free very soon.
