** ** ** After only sleeping for three hours over the last two days my mind is made up and I am attempting a live poetic Novel. Should I succeed then within a year I hope to complete this piece of work in around 40,000 words What I need from you fellow authors is the support and encourage you can give me to keep going. Well I have got started and this site has enabled me to overcome my shyness. So far in this new venture of putting down in written form words of rhyme that I have been spouting over the years, probably to the annoyance of my children (now grown up)I have found a great comfort at the keyboard storing it all for my remembrance and I get a great deal of enjoyment reading my work ove and over. It has been quite an adventure with two recitals and three pieces publish. I've not recieved payment just beer and smiles. A lot of the work I have read on this site has been not so much as inspiration but in encouragement to keep writing. The bad part is my family are now all expecting 'special' Christmas cards this year. They are going to be in for a shock......
