ABOUT: Hello, readers of artsmythang's posts. Welcome to my poetrypoem.com page. I would like to share my passion for writing with others. I have always enjoyed writing. I started at a very young age. I wrote several short stories through the help of my elementary schools parent teacher organization. I didn't't ever expect to be writing a novel. I anticipate soon to be published. However, a high school English instructor knew it would happen. I did not understand at the time. She published a comment about me in the high school year book. I thought nothing of it. I regarded it as kind and thoughtful. Now, 20 years later. I am successfully completing my 1st of 3 books to be published. I am a mother of 7 and grandmother of many. I feel that the negative events in my life make me a better writer. They drive me to achieve my goals. I would like to make an impact in the lives of others. I hope to inspire others as they too set out on a journey of publishing. My life has taken many unplanned paths. It has taught me to overcome and build from my mistakes. I will persevere and rise again as a stronger wiser woman. Many of my personal experiences have inspired what I write. I would like to encourage anyone wanting to become an author to do so.
