ABOUT: The author of this site is a freelance writer of journalism and short stories. She also enjoys writing poetry and song lyrics. She has numerous poems published in anthologgies and is in the process of creating her own book of poetry from poems she has written since she was a child. Most of her poetry reflects events in her life as well as spiritual happenings that she has encountered through the blessing of God. She firmly believes that just as humans are appointed to watch over God's animals so are the Angels appointed to watch over God's humans and once you are truly touched by an Angel your life is never the same. She considers poetry a part of a person's inner self and believes everyone has a connection to God's will if they choose to follow it. She resides in Southeastern Kentucky where she is surrounded by her family and her three cats--Barcie Mac, Lexie Mac, and Blackie.
