We just started our site. Please check back often for changes. Hi, everyone. My name is Robert Johnson, Jr.. Born and raised in the city of Brotherly love, I've lived in California for almost 30 years. I have a wonderful wife and three beautifully intelligent children. I figured I Would tell you all about myself through my poems. Now, don't expect to decipher my world all at once. Some of the words you read may very well anger you. Some will most definitely confuse you. BUT, if you open your "eye", you might get a glimpse of who I could be. STAY TUNED!!! Date: 10-02 08 Hi, everybody, I first would like to thank everyone who has visited my site. I know that you all have taken time out of your busy days to read my work, and for this alone, I am grateful. I have been fortunate to receive nothing but praise for my poems; But I'm not sure that I deserve it all. Some of these works are directly off the top of my head. I have written these poems on a whim. Again, I want to thank all of you for your kind words, and praise. I will continue to put new works on my page for your approval; or disapproval. SEE YOU SOON!!! 11-27-08 Hi everyone, Happy Thanksgiving. I'm writing this because I am announcing my intentions to try to write a book. It will all be my poetry, and I hope that it will reach a lot of people. I haven't been writing much because I've been out of town. Had a great time. But now I'm back and I'm ready to write. I want to first thank all of you who have supported my endeavors, and to let you know that there is still more to come. For those who know, I am still working on the book. I know it's been a long time, but I have had some very rough times lately. Family deaths, hospitals, relationship problems, etc., but now I'm back and I would like to thank everyone who has ever visited this site. I recently found out that I have reached 1020 feedbacks to this site. To many that may not seem like a lot, but to me, I never expected to reach 500. I am humbled by the response of my work and I cannot say thank you enough. I will soon have new work up soon, so stay tuned!! 04-29-13 Hi all. Can you believe it? Almost 1200 feedbacks. I would love to say that all of them were good and/or encouraging, but that would be lying. Although, I can honestly say that I have gained wisdom through those negative; albeit inspiring comments.to those individuals I say; Thank you. From everything i've read, I have exceeded my goal, which was to make everyone think.I could never in a million years have guessed this many people have visited my site. To each and every one of you, I salute you, and thank you. Second, I am still trying to get my book published. Don't give up on me yet! Just like all money making ideas, this one must be nurtured. Oh, and my grandkids are coming to see me.Maybe I should write a poem about that!! Well until next time, America.
