About The Author:    -- Writers keep all copyrights.

Thanks for reading. My name is Robert (Rob) Clark. I also started using the Pen Name, Rob Adrian - Adrian is my middle name. Born May 24, 1975, a Gemini (fits me to a T), I'm the oldest out of 3 brothers. Originally from Louisiana, but I have lived all over the gulf coast - from West Palm Beach, Florida, to Birmingham, Alabama. From Dover, Delaware to the East Texas town of Carthage. John Ritter and his daddy, Tex Ritter, (The Singing Cowboy), are from there....so is my ex-wife.....GRRRRR! My parents divorced when I was 7, and as I got older, I bounced back and forth b/t my mom and a Dad, who has made a career outta of growing up, so it seems Honestly, I don't know him - it's hard to get to know someone, when their attention span to their own self-discovery is always cut short. But he's still my Dad, and I still love him...I can't judge him - I haven't walked his shoes, nor will I. I have learned alot from him, and to barely know him. I know what NOT to be, from knowing who he is. I won't be someone who has to have reason for reason. I will accept whatever comes, good and bad, and always find good in the bad while dissecting made mistakes to get the most out of learning from it, so that I can continue to grow as a Man. I'm 30 now, but still doing alot of growing. As a person, and with my writing. I've been in a few Anthologies, and won a few contests, but nothing too big ....love without complication, would not be love at all.... Some people have to travel alone to find themselves before they can explore the world with someone else. You can continue to shine like the sun for them, and provide them with that warmth that takes them away from the polar icecaps of their world, but you have to give them that room to breathe and grow on their own. Patience is not hard to miss, when its steadfast. You lose so much more when you break something unmendable, b/c you tried to force it where it wouldn't fit at the time. Patience is very respectful and shouldn't be just employed as casual anticipation for it's compensation. (That's called greed, and it's an ugly little creature with a one hell of a bite!) . I feel that if I remain nothing but sincere in being patient, and content with the fact that my happiness lies within hers, then I know that I am a better man for that. Two individuals grow stronger together by learning to have patience and anticipate the sour times. Just learn to be mature enough to face the obstacles ahead, rather than to sidestep them. Life will whip your ass in a game of dodge ball. I have found how simple it is to make a lasting impression with Free-Verse...you've got to create that ambiance to pull your reader into the 'that moment'. Please break me off some feedback - it helps me fine tune things...Thanks Again, Rob Adrian
