Welcome

I started writing poetry when I was about 16 although I'm in no way prolific and don't consider myself to be a poet. Over that time I guess you could say that I've developed a writing style which I can call my own but a poem doesn't need to be good for me to post it, it just needs to capture a certain mood or feeling from that time. That is more important to me than the words or structure but I do enjoy the silliness that poems can bring and, even though I don't often try to rhyme, when I do it can be a lot more fun.

I'm happy to share my poems with you and I hope you enjoy reading them too. I always reply to any feedback/guestbook entries received so be sure to leave a site ID or email so I can answer any questions you may have.
