Emotion
I often think what is emotion?
Is it a feeling or behaviour?
It is difficult to define
Our actions based on emotions
Is it energy in motion or
Ego in motion
When the energy is in motion
I think we feel happy
When the ego in motion I think
We feel sad most of the time
Or either it can be both
If there is no energy in motion
We feel drained out of energy
When you are emotional your
Action will be defending a threat
Emotions either be happy or sad
They are opposite to each other
Emotions are created by our thoughts
There are things in life make us to think
There are things in life make us feel
When you look at emotions
We understand why we felt or thought
These are interlinked by one another
Can we either live without emotions?
Or Thoughts and feelings?
