If Heartbreak Came No More
The thought that it would come today
Maybe tomorrow where yesterdays
Become passe upon it's knock
Upon hearts door one left unlocked
Chances are all will succumb
To pain that rattles a soul undone
For just is love when butterflies
Become extinct upon goodbye
No one will hurt as much as you
Although many have stories too
That sweep the you right off your feet
When gone it feels your six feet deep
If heartbreak comes today be strong
As it will pass and move along
To someone new who loved and lost
The price one pays, too high the cost
If heartbreak came no more today
The many writes upon site paged
Would be no more leaving empty
A place to leave what hurts one plenty
If heartbreak came and missed today
Hitting it's mark someone will pay
A debt not owed, yet owe one will
Collection deep, love once fulfilled
