Father in Heaven
I adore YOU
I thank You for my life
I stand amazed at Your
Love and mercy for me
YOUR goodness to me is so undeserving
yet here I stand completely able
because THOU has accepted YOUR Son's
suffering and shedding HIS blood
as an atonement for my sins..
Grant me strength to face
today with a courageous heart
to enter the day with a zeal to
"LIVE FOR HIM WHO DIED FOR ME"
I need YOUR WISDOM to make
the right choices
Lord I don't want
to waste my life
I want my life to count
to make a difference
in the lives of my children
I want to be a godly influence
to the people around me...
I'm tired of the things
that are wrong with me
I have grown frustrated beyond words
trying to change myself
Holy Spirit help me to surrender
help me hide THE WORD in me
so that I can overcome
and live for CHRIST...
Teach me also how to pray
constant prayer throughout
the day, to stay in communion
to abide, O, Lord to live
in YOUR presence always
help me to desire
knowing YOU deeper....
Lord I thank you that my life
is found worthy because of Jesus
and not because of my own righteousness
I come to You God with nothing of my own
asking that YOU help me to live
my life to glorify YOUR SON!
I thank YOU FATHER that YOU never
give up on me - that YOU LOVE ME AS I AM
For it is in HIS NAME that I pray AMEN!
