Poems of Lighthouse Bob
Here's a Line #380
Here's a Line Make earth Thine! O, Most Divine! You turned the water into wine and made the demons run to swine, the worst diseases turn benign, and all that is by Your design to worship You in You entwined as one in One all intertwined with Love and Joy and Peace combined like fruit that sparkles on the vine caring, bearing, and refined growing ever more to shine upon Your table where I'll dine with golden goblets, O, so fine and other things I can't define … (pant, pant, pant) Anyway, I'm glad You're You and You are mine. I resign. |
