Poems of Lighthouse Bob

In Church # 382

In Church
“Tell someone else,
not me,
I've heard it so often,
it's hard to believe,”
the scorner thought of convention,
the scoffer thought in his spite,
yet, both, in their moment of doldrums,
in moment of doubters recite,
said, one to the other,
as if they were brothers,
“My goodness,
God's moving tonight!”
