Poems of Lighthouse Bob
Tell the Story #384
Tell the Story For it tells of the gift we must receive, that glorious day of yore when star appeared on Christmas eve on far and distant shore … The angels sang, the anthem rang, “Peace, good will toward man” and, in the scheme of greater things, a new frontier began … A baby in a manger, a Son, a virgin birth was born for all, a gift for all to reign upon the earth … The shepherds talked, the story walked to here from Bethlehem where I first heard, the Gift, the Word whose breath till death I am. |
