Poems of Lighthouse Bob

Color Me Autumn #438

Color Me Autumn

Yes, autumn shows His love for me
in colors on the trees
turned crinkly leafy fading greens
and yellows to appease
and browns and auburns, golds and reds
that, also, stirred in these,
bring such fulfillment to the heart,
kaleidoscope on breeze
that takes me up to higher realms,
that takes me to my knees
where fallen leaves are scattered round
like songs and revelries.
