The news not good and on your way
Back home alone asking today
Why me, now what, time ours now short
So many things we'll have to sort
Stressed out each day seems like the path
Has been forsaken, on line your last
Thinking of all that burdens one
Simple the answer yet you're undone
Your fort surrounded in mind you gave
Up too soon and so today
Your thoughts turn to Him that saves
When GOD is all you should crave
When things are right and nothings wrong
Strength yours you think helps keep you strong
Far from the truth, your reign has made
A fool of you, too far who strays
Purpose your own and not of others
Redemption yours with time you smother
By not seeking who gave you breath
When GOD is all, Him you reject
Depression comes with open arms
Unseen but soon come will the storms
That take the path destroying souls
When GOD is all, one fails to hold
Above your head and stumbled feet
Reigns one who came and will repeat
His acts of love although ungrateful
Are you selfish and so unfaithful
When GOD is all and nothing less
Worthy is He who can address
The needs of many including you
Who read this write once maybe two
When GOD is all and all is He
Who cleans the mess you make of thee
Give thanks and praise for there is none
Who loves each daughter and every son
