Lord who reigns over ALL
who stretched the ocean wide
whose hand painted each mountain
You, who spoke
the sky into being....
Reign in my thinking
dwell in my thoughts
encapsulate my mind
move my hands to
comfort those hurting
let my mouth speak
words of hope
to the downcast soul
direct my steps to
the door of the desperate....
I lay my souls concerns
into THY caring Hands
And all that would distract
my living for God
I give to YOU JESUS
I cast it all at YOUR FEET...
Let me see YOUR GLORY
for the hopeless around me
may my eyes see their need
not their sins
for I still fall short
of YOUR Glory myself
but.....
I know THE WAY
THE TRUTH and THE LIFE
I have tasted forgiveness
my shackles have been
removed by faith
I have been to Calvary
and I've taken
it's way
the only way....
O, WAY of my HOPE
abide with me, lead me
in the right path
so I can live
for GOD today!
