Shame Removes All Doubt

I do believe that in this life
Man reaps just what he sows
And that the things he tries to hide
Somebody surely knows.

Some see it as intrusive that
The truth would seek the light
But man cannot escape the deeds
He does by stealth of night.

And when exposed, he feels such guilt
As shame removes all doubt
That wickedness within his heart
Has finally found him out.

Yes, what man does clandestinely
While thinking no one knows
Revealed, will only prove that he
Must reap just what he sows.
