On an autumn day the 26th of September
Will be a day Donnie and Renae will long remember
On this day their hearts were united as one
In the year of our Lord two thousand and nine
Both humble souls united in spirit
Shared wedding vows for all to hear it
Friends and Family as well as God above
Witnessed this sacred event sealed with love
As fate would have it they'd meet in life
The timing became right to propose to his future bride
This wasn't a decision he would make lightly
For this road earlier traveled was unsightly
His precious Renae handled his heart with care
Reassuring him she would always be there
To have eyes only for him in good times or bad
Promising to love the beautiful daughter he had
On this glorious day they became a family
Bonded together always in Holy Matrimony
God's master plan woven together for all eternity
Hearts entertwined in love comes Donnie,Renae
and Lila Rose so lovely
There's times in life hearts can be broken
Yet mended by three little words when spoken
May God's many blessings pour out on each of you
My prayer is this day always remains brand new
