But sometimes I just write what comes in my head
Three times I have been told the deadly words
Mom died of Cancer at the tender age of 54
So when I hear the words not something I ignore
Today wife went in for Mammogram
She does it every year and so should you
You know it doesn't always happen to others
I remember when those words were said to me
"You came out of the operation well but---
We found some Cancer cells, think we got it all."
Second operation I was a hurt-en. found some more
I was lucky so far they call me a survivor
But you know I still take the tests will not ignore
Sometimes I just post things don't know why
Ladies it is Breast Cancer awareness month
You don't think people care about you I do
Men that prostate test is really easy
I was rushed to the emergency bleeding in adult diapers
Now I am tested every year and blood drawn not near so queasy
