 In Here Dwells
Invisible to you who thinks they see
The soul that lives inside of me
That pains with grief of long lost love
That asks God take from sky above

Inept sometimes but outer shell
Will wake again to live in hell
To move onward and not look back
To live each day a heart attack

My words fall short in bringing to
The light of day, yet howl to Moon
Like wolf at night, alone we chase
In darkness love unseen embraced

Hunger too pains the man in me
The one outside that always flees
Before his eyes become a pool
Of tears filling a cursed fool

This dwelling feels more like a cave
Unlit, barren pages of age
Will turn and breathe no more we will
As destiny will have it's fill

Spat out like trash body will wilt
Decayed and blown our soul full tilt
Will rise if one has their say so
One who made the path to go

In here dwells what no one sees
Seeking like all life's mysteries
But unlike you the road we take
Will taste unlike icing on cake

In here dwells no one, no more
