Alone Again
Can you hear me from where you are?
Is that you peeking
From behind that star?
I wonder can you see me crying for you
Because in my heart
No other will do,
Can you see me crying all alone
As I lay curled up on my bed
In my empty home,
I speak to you constantly
I can feel that you are there,
I still can't understand
Why you had to go so soon,
This world seems so unfair,
Will you come to see me?
You know I have to ask,
Maybe you can stop my tears
They are falling so very fast,
Tell me are you with the Angels
Are they keeping you warm and safe?
I wonder are you happy where you are
Are you in a better place?
Can you see me crying for you?
From where you are,
Or is that just another
Shiny bright star
