dropping the beard...
just dropped the beard
but none of the weird
and really I'm still my own man...
have my own views
make my own news
and do the best that I can...
not often crossed
sometimes feel tossed
I dish it out strong and real...
the weight loss is crazy
makes me feel dazy
but now I'm a much better deal...
my heart's feeling raw
I'm wishing for more
and dream of a less anxious space...
must drop the dirt
and more of the hurt
and search for a much lighter place...
