Learn From History
There is only truly one God,
That we will all honor and laud;
For any other gods are fakes,
That each of them merely forsakes.
Each of them will cause you to sin,
When worshipping you would begin;
You might find out that what you need,
Will turn into a sinful greed.
We always should do our best,
Never putting God to a test;
Nor try giving any demands,
Rather doing as He commands.
Never complain as others do,
And He will help you see it through;
For you might breathe your final breath,
If He sends the angel of death.
It is never a mystery,
When we look throughout history;
How God made examples of some,
To get more of us want to come.
He warns of our wicked ways,
As we live in the closing days;
Those who think they are standing firm,
Could be living on the short term.
