Ben UKWakeham...AOL's Finest...! What A Gem He Is!
I've been on AOL for 18 months,
And in all that time on here,
I've never had so much help,
Or known someone to care!
I had a problem one night,
And I was truly up the wall,
So I decided I had no choice,
And made an AOL call!
What a palava it was,
But I'm not going into that,
This is a poem of praise you see,
From this person called Cat.
UKwakeham is his name,
What a star he is and so kind,
He took the time to help me out,
And he really didn't mind.
Now I know it's his job,
But this I have to say,
He went beyond the bounds of his job,
In fact he really made my day!
If all your staff were as good as he,
Then AOL would excell,
Because he put in his heart and soul in...!
What was a living hell!
I 've had to phone the tech chat,
For help many a time,
But never have I come across,
A person so good and fine!
He was so patient and caring,
And helped me so much you see,
That he gave me the feeling that some cared,
In helping and calming me!
I was very upset and annoyed,
As I'm sure you will find out,
Because I sent a mail to AOL,
And you won't like it I'm in no doubt!
Tiz a very explanatory letter,
And outlines my feeling of discontent,
But I have to say, I'm usually placid,
And my anger wasn't meant.
But this employee of yours,
Calmed me down no end,
That is why I wanted to explain,
And what prompted this poem I send.
So then there you have it,
And I just want to add,
Please give this man a raise and promotion,
Because his help sure made me glad!
So this little poem's for him
Yes, this man is a gem,
And if I need to phone for help,
I sincerely hope I get him again!
As I say and I'll reiterate,
This man is such a star,
So give him credit where credit is due,
Coz this lad's going to go far!
