Speak To Me Sweet Nothings
Whisper soft with words yours loved
To heart empty and not thought of
Until you came and spoke sweet nothings
To one who now does live for something
It's been some time since we last dreamed
In arms of one portrait that schemes
Love, friendship colored forever
That time won't change and never sever
Sweet nothings whispered by you
To ears once deaf who needed to
Hear heartbeat not just ones own
But yours today your writes alone
There is but one who will too write
Once upon, maybe tonight
Cascading dreams making this right
A piece of you, verbal we bite
Innocence is ours to share
In heart, in words our souls we bare
Bringing rain to bathe ourselves
In love once felt and out of fell
Speak sweet nothings my heart yearns
Again your words for we shall learn
What once was good, where fires burned
Inside empty of love once spurned
Speak to me as we will hear
Your voice, your words, my fix endeared
