Twilight

You will never die my friend
I won't let you fade from my mind,
I feel that we are two people
Who share one loving heart.
Sometimes, as we breath evenings air,
It's as if I take in all your beauty
And we grow so much closer.
In those magical hours of twilight
We enter another world to this
Where your eyes become radiant
And our words are suddenly music
And we move as in a ballet.
Everything is as it was meant to be
Just as we had always dreamed
In those sun touched childhood days.
I can make a sacred vow you know;
I can say that things will never change
And who dare say that they will
When this moment is frozen in silence
And time has just melted away.
