LOVE COSTLOVE COST Love is an open door to your heart A sacred place that holds our deepest thoughts Feelings and emotions are stored It comes at a great cost All the treasures it holds So deeply within is like gold With hope that one day We can share with a very special heart One who will hold it cherish forever more When you open that door There is no turning back It will be unfold Like an ocean Emotions will flow Feelings you cannot hold No longer yours You handed the key That unlocks that source And there is no way to be sure No certainty no guaranty That the one you gave access Will treasure give their love in return LOVE COST It either will be has heaven on earth Where angels are real Your every dream became true New love song comes to life It is paradise All is possible miracles happens Or it will be hell leaving you bewildered Heart broken torn without a shore No anchor alone in the wilderness Of passion and no one to hold Yet to ever have a chance at true love Is to risk it all It is by far worth the cost Copyright:11/22/2009 Juliette Girard Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
