Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god
There and Gone
I am darkness, thick
Enough to ruin daylight.
Strange eyes not pretty enough
To be stars but strong only
To be comets.
There one minute,
Gone the next.
With a heart that beats
Like thunder and a
Tongue like lightening,
I tiptoe on rainclouds
And hang on every word
The moon tells me.
When the sun threatens
To rise, I ride the wind
To a cave and hide.
11-9-09
Enough to ruin daylight.
Strange eyes not pretty enough
To be stars but strong only
To be comets.
There one minute,
Gone the next.
With a heart that beats
Like thunder and a
Tongue like lightening,
I tiptoe on rainclouds
And hang on every word
The moon tells me.
When the sun threatens
To rise, I ride the wind
To a cave and hide.
