Yearnings

To me she looked so sexy
Just sitting there,
Straight backed and demure
In her office chair;
Smart but severely dressed
In her business style
Swivelling round to speak to me
Every once in a while.
A high necked blouse with
One button open at the top
As thought to say yes, ok, look
But this where you stop.
Sometimes I'd hear the whispers
Like a little rush of sighs
Of nylon on nylon as she crossed
Or uncrossed her thighs.
I wanted her to love me.
I wanted to impress.
I wanted her to smile at me,
Wanted her to undress
Wanted to see her naked
Look at her from above
As warmly encased inside
I showed her my love.
But I spoke to her politely,
Hoped my lust didn't show,
Thought it might spoil things
If she were to know.
So she sat there looking sexy
And I was icily polite,
And at the end of every day
Bade her cool and calm goodnight.
