i am haunted by dreams of another world one that refuses to release my mind from that holds me hostage in a world of fear a world that no longer exist but for my mind days will pass defenses will slip then it happens nightmares once more tear my night apart i become restless living again within my own fears a world that no longer exist but for my mind it lives deep within my soul of a time long past where memories were hazy foggy trying to hide the mind lived in a dream world that came true a world that no longer exist but for my mind a world of nightmares fears and uncertainties where peace of mind was only a dream to have nothing seemed real not even me i lived in a fog a world that no longer exist but for my mind now the world is bright there is happiness there i have a real life real love peace of mind at last yet in the shadows of my mind it lurks unforgotten fears a world that no longer exist but for my mind Vote for this poem
