Who am I
By: Adam M. Snow
Who am I in this world so cold;
All alone with no one to hold?
Who am I on this road of wallow and fear?
But a drifter with a lonely blue tear.
I was lost long ago
Never found and no where to go.
Who am I but a lonely lost soul,
Wondering if I will ever become whole.
Who am I? Who am I? It echoes in my head;
Telling me that I am better off dead.
I am but one consumed by fear.
Hoping my end is finally near.
I have been abandon and left alone in the night
With nothing left in mind and in sight.
Who am I in this world all alone?
With no place to call my home.
Who am I too those who said they care?
But a ghost left in solitaire.
Who am I too be called an outcast
And be haunted by my past?
I know now who I am,
Someone with a purpose who can't be damn.
To finally live a life of hope with no regrets.
I will ignore all of those threats.
I will no longer be alone, now that I have friends who care.
For I am no longer stuck in solitaire.
I am free from this place so dark and cold,
With a story to be told.
